I have been using Frank n Al Chai since June 2021. Yep it's that good. I just can't sing its praises loud enough. It's such great value for money and you don't get any nasty fillers. I love mine with almond, coconut or oat milk and a little honey. My dogs are also a fan, they get a tiny taste after they finish their puppacinos. Great work team Frank n Al.

We have been using your chai for a couple of years now - having happily come across you at a market in Footscray(?) our daughter introduced us to.

We go for the spicy blend - strong, spicy and economical - a little goes a long way!

Two things I thought I’d share with you - we spend a few months each year in Athens and we have taken to giving your chai to some of our Athenian friends. They love it.

Secondly, we use your chai as an alternative to the evening glass (bottle?) of wine. On those nights where we determine not to drink wine. It is a great and successful distraction and substitute.

Not a query, but a feedback. Your Chai is officially the best!! I had suspected this already, but now it is confirmed. I was given a pot of your delicious chai by a friend about a year ago, it’s taken me a while to get through it as I’m much more of a coffee drinker, but I definitely appreciate it for an evening treat or when the chai desire arises. Stupidly I missed the chance to purchase some while I was at the Torquay market yesterday, so I rode my bike out to Ket Baker this morning knowing that it was previously there… Alas, no stock! In the afternoon I was close to East Fruit Market so popped in there assuming they must have it… But alas, they did not either! Again made a bad choice and begrudgingly purchased one from your “competitor“ (hint: initials GP). I really felt like a chai this afternoon so prepared it and wondered why it was looking so insipid and weak… But then read the box properly and their chai requires you to use a tablespoon, not a teaspoon! And it is incredibly disappointing, just tastes like a lot of sugar that is mildly spiced. Plus it contains caffeine, which is not clearly stated on the packaging (well it doesn’t say it’s caffeine free either, so I was aware of that when I purchased it). I feel like throwing it out as soon as I can top up my Frank n Al again. Thanks for an excellent product and the perfect satisfying blend, and thrilled to hear that you’re in Wallington too, as I grew up there and my parents still live there. Also appreciate very much besides it being caffeine free that it is gluten-free and vegan, so I can serve it to family and friends of all dietary inclinations. Have a great Christmas.

I have been buying sugar free chai for a very long time. It is a beautiful tea to drink. I cannot imagine one evening without it! Truly delicious! I also like Frank n Al's approach to the environment. Always trying to improve the packaging of their products and ensure they have no impact on the environment.

Delicious! This is a great chai and cacao blend! Not too chocolatey or sweet. Chai taste is more muted than the original blend, but it works really well!!
